Why Reinvent1?

A letter from our President 

In my experience, athletic leaders with strong resources, committed staffs, and balanced expectations can be very successful for a long period of time. Unfortunately, large percentages of athletic leadership are without those resources and therefore suffer from conflict, burnout and eventually unhealthy personal stress.

After 18 years of Division 1 coaching, I took a hard look at my life and choose to take another direction. I had learned through failures and successes that the only way to truly maximize my potential was to determine who I was and what was now important to me. During this journey, I realized that there were more talented athletic leaders out there just like me, who needed more support than their organizations could provide. That’s why I started Reinvent1.

I’m proud to be working with leaders all over the country who are eager to improve their programs and professional careers. I’m honored to help a young leader make a better decision by sharing my insights and experiences. I know how powerful athletics can be as learning environment and it is extremely satisfying to help leaders create their own successes for the long term.
